Order Processing Time:

Orders are processed in 5 working days depending on if the item is in stock. You will be notified when your item is out for delivery. 

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive an shipping confirmation email when your order has been sent out for delivery. This email will include a waybill tracking number which you can use to track on the PostNet website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

Please note: Safari & Sea will not be liable for the costs of any fees relating to customs, duties & taxes. These costs are at the customers OWN EXPENSE. 

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tarrifs, taxes etc..)
