Refund policy

Return Policy: 

All our items, excluding sale items are eligible for return/exchange. A customer has 30 days from purchase to make a return/exchange. Unless there is a production default, items being returned/exchanged should be returned in the same condition they were in when purchased, including the original packaging. Items on sale may not be returned/exchanged.  

To return/exchange an item, please contact us on safariandseadesign@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will contact you with details on how & where to send your package. 

Please note, returns will not be accepted on items that have been used or damaged by the customer. 

Damages & Issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you have received a damaged item or an incorrect item. Please contact us on safariandseadesign@gmail.com.
